Workshops
Signal processing for Animal Acoustic and vibrational Communication
This workshop introduces the students to various methods of recording and signal processing. Signal processing includes the analysis of sound in the time and frequency domain, the use of a very basic software for signal processing, including Matlab.
Segmentation methods to obtain complete 3D-geometry computer models
I designed a workshop for the 3d reconstruction and rendering from image sequences. The workshop was delivered each in the winter semester as part of the MBio-program (in the past most of the components were delivered by Dr. Thorin Jonsson and Dr. Sarah Aldridge).
