Conferences, Seminars and Workshops
ESA, ESC, and ESBC Joint Annual Meeting, Vancouver CA. 2018
Professor Montealegre-Z presented an invited talk in the autumn of 2018. The talk entitled: "The acoustic world of the three cousins: Crickets, humpback-crickets, and katydids", besides dissemination also served as a networking path to plan a collaborative grant application with Prof. Hojun Song (Texas) which was later successfully funded.

SEB Annual Meeting, Seville Spain. 2019.
Dr. Celiker presented her results of the numerical modelling of the katydid outer ear (amplification effect), with a talk entitled: "The numerical investigation of the auditory mechanics involved in the propagation of sound along the acoustic trachea of a bush-cricket". This work was published in the Biophysical Journal, same year.
